I came to Hypnobirthing whilst pregnant with my first child, I knew I wanted a positive and empowered birth and with the knowledge that Hypnobirthing gave me, I not only succeeded in this but it also gave me the passion and belief that all women should have a happy, joyful birth. This passion is what lead me to set up Joy of Birth.
