Hi, I’m Becky, I am a practicing midwife and trained KGHypnobirthing teacher. I believe in creating calming and empowered birth experiences for women and their families and I have been fortunate enough to experience how wonderful birth is. I hope to encourage and inform women and their partners to be fearless and experience beautiful births in whatever way they wish.

Location

I currently work as a Birth Centre Team Lead midwife at Kingston Hospital previously training at St Thomas’ Hospital, where I gained invaluable experience and knowledge caring for a huge array of women and families.

Prior to studying midwifery, I completed a Masters in Child Psychology and a BSc in Educational Studies with Early Childhood Studies. I am proud of my knowledge I have gained over the years and I have always admired the power of the human mind.

I have cared for hypnobirthing mums who have experienced analgesic free births and those who have needed emergency caesareans. Each birth is unique, powerful and emotional. I have seen hypnobirthing work and I believe removing fear and negativity can make the experience of pregnancy, labour and birth a magical one.

I offer private, small group, condensed and refresher courses to suit you. I can also provide postnatal visits to relax and empower women in those first few days. Please contact me for more information.
