About Me

Hi I’m Laura. I’m a pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing teacher based in Wandsworth. I live in Southfields with my partner Jason and two year old son Mason.

I was introduced to hypnobirthing through teaching yoga and was astounded at the positive impact it could have on one's experience. I decided I would explore this further and came across KGHypnobirthing, which was by far the best 'all rounder'. 

As well as providing you with tools and techniques to help you experience a  more, calm, comfortable and confident birth, it is more informative and educational that any antenatal course I had experienced. It is a joy to be able to share this with others.

Each course is tailored to meet your own individual needs and is taught in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The course is constantly evolving to keep up-to-date with the latest evidence and research, and is now taught internationally. 

A KG Hypnobirthing Course not only equips you with the hypnobirthing information, but uniquely gives you the knowledge to understand your options and the implications of the choices you make.  As well as teaching you the techniques you need for a successful hypnobirth, it gives you the information to navigate the system in which you find yourself to achieve the best outcome for you and your baby.

Courses

I am currently offering 'in person' one to ones only due to COVID.

One to ones can be in your own home or you can visit mine.

Can be done in 4 three hour sessions or 6 hours over two days (eg a weekend).

The complete course fee including materials is £500.
