My name is Amy Dignam I am a hypnobirthing teacher trained using the KGH (Katha8rine Graves) method which is accredited from the Royal College of Midwives. I am Vice Chair for the Maternity Voices Partnership at Chelsea & Westminster and West Middlesex hospitals and I am one of the Founding Mothers of the Maternal Journal.

I believe women* should be given all possible information about choice and consent as well as being introduced to relaxation techniques centred on releasing fear, building confidence and ultimately helping to achieve a positive birth experience.
