Hello my name is Orla, a qualified KG Hypnobirthing Teacher and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am based in Antrim, Co.Antrim Nothern Ireland. My classes are mainly online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world and all from the comfort of your own home.

Hello,

My name is Orla, therapist, health coach and hypnobirthing teacher. Also dog mum to a very spoilt Jack Russel called Milo.

As an experienced clinical hypnotherapist and coach I understand the profound effects our thoughts can have on how we feel both mentally and physically. My mission is to empower and support you, preparing you and your baby for a calm and confident pregnancy and birthing experience.

I believe our body holds all the answers we need, we just need to learn how to trust it. In todays busy world, we don’t get much time to slow down and do this.

Bringing your baby into the world is one of the most special experiences of your life, and theirs. I aim to teach you the techniques you and your partner need to make the experience as calm as it can be.

I aim to share my extensive knowledge in hypnotherapy, mindset, relaxation, and breathing alongside the KG Hypnobirthing course to empower you.

I am based in Antrim, Co.Antrim Northern Ireland and offer group and 1:1 courses and classes online via Zoom. I am also willing to travel for groups throughout the Northern Trust area.
