About Me

Hello, 

I am Amy, a mum to one and a KGHypnobirthing teacher. I started my KGHypnobirthing journey when I was pregnant with my son and I haven't looked back since. I am on a misson to redefine the image of birth,  empower women and provide them with the tools and techniques in order to help them have birth that they feel in control of. 

Why KG Hypnobirthing?

KGhypnobirthing is logical and practical antenatal course which is set out over 12 hours. The aim of the course is to help make a positive difference to your experience of giving birth by pairing hypnotherapy techniques such as the power of words along with the vast knowledge and facts of the women's body and how it is designed to give birth. The course is designed to help empower both you and your partner to trust your instincts and provides you with the information required for you to know how to make informed decisions which are right for you, your birth and labour and your baby. An important part to the KGHypnobirthing course is that it provides you with the techniques to feel in control of your birth process and is a helpful tool for you to use in order to achieve a calm and confident birth providing you and your baby the best possible start to their journey together.
