Hi there, my name is Elaine and I live in beautiful Aberdeenshire in the north east of Scotland.  I'm a mum to 2 grown up children and proud granny to one (so far!) gorgeous grand-daughter.

As well as being a qualified KGHypnobirth teacher I'm also an Experienced Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals.  I've taught pregnancy and post-natal yoga for quite some time and have often been asked to record the relaxations I deliver at the end of a pregnancy yoga class, so guess I must have the right voice for sending people to sleep!

When I had my children Hypnobirthing wasn't a thing and I hadn't found yoga and I felt so unprepared, totally unaware of my choices, scared and with no idea who to turn to for advice.  I'd love to support mums-to-be and their partners so they don't feel the same and they can have a joyous and empowered road to parenthood.
