Hi, my name is Agnes, I'm a qualified mental health nurse and mindfulness teacher with 7 years of experience. I started a wellbeing business in 2018, specialising in one-to-one anxiety management, self-compassion coaching and talking therapy. I was profoundly affected by the birth of my cousin's baby using hypnobirthing. Beautiful baby India was born gently and easily at home in September 2018. Following this experience, I decided to add hypnobirthing to my list of services. My Mum and I teach KGHypnobirthing together. We're very close and I couldn't have asked for a more supportive and loving role model. I am yet to have children of my own but hearing the wonderful stories of people who have used hypnobirthing it seems like a no-brainer. I'm very excited at the thought of putting the theory into practice at some point in the future. For now, I have the honour of teaching a fantastic birth preparation course.
My name is Clare and I am mother to two wonderful boys, Ruairidh and Oliver. I live in rural Aberdeenshire with my husband and two dogs. Having spent three years telling everyone about hypnobirthing, I decided that I would train to become a KGHypnobirth Teacher as it's something that I am so incredibly passionate about.
