About Me

Building on my own experiences with pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding, I decided to go back to study in order to provide professional support for pregnant women and their families. Now, fully qualified, I own Boobin' Around Hypno and offer an arrey of services, both antenatal & postnatal.

All services are offered worldwide (via zoom/ whatsapp) and in-person options are available to those living in Inverclyde and surrounding areas!

Why KG Hypnobirthing?

KG Hypnobirthing is completely evidence based and up-to-date. It incorporates minful techniques alongside practical techniques. The teacher training course was very detailed and in-depth, ensuring that as a teacher I am completely competent and fit to teach.

I chose to teach KGHypnobirthing in my practice, as in adition to everything above, a final assessment was required in order to obtain my diploma. I will only ever provide the best possible services for my clients at Boobin' Around Hypno and that is exactly what KG Hypnobirthing is!

Courses

KG Hypnobirthing:

-Full 12hour course (option of 4x3hr sessions OR 2 full days)

Discover Breastfeeding:

-1:1 antenatal breastfeeding course

-covers all forms of infant feeding, norms, pro's & con's and options surrounding breastfeeding. Also gives parents the knowledge and understanding of milk production and builds confidence in parents ability to breastfeed.

Post-natal Breastfeeding Support:

-1:1 postnatal breastfeeding support

-addresses any concerns/issues parents may have in relation to breastfeeding/milk production/cluster feeding/milk transfer/general queries

-teaches parents how to use mindfulness techhniques in order to aid breastfeeding and mental health

-latch & attatchment assessment 

-help with nipple/breast pain

-explore options surrounding expreessing/pumping (if necessary)
