I qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in 2011. I then had my daughter and was fortunate to find a wonderful hypnobirthing practitioner. This very personal experience convinced me of the benefits of hypnobirthing through first hand experience and I went on to qualify with KGHypnobirthing in 2014 as a route to supporting mums-to-be through their own birthing experiences.

Hi, I'm Steph. Midwife, mother to 3 beautiful boys, hypnobirthing practitioner and all-round birth nerd.

​My love for all things birthing came long before I started my midwifery degree. I come from a strong family background of midwives and nurses. From a very young age I remember thinking "wow, a woman's body can do that!!". My flame for 'birth' was ignited and it only grew stronger.

I am so excited to share all of my knowledge and experience with you. I passionately believe that your birth experience matters. Whether that be at home, hospital or theatre birth. So if you are ready to feel empowered and in control of your birth, I would love to hear from you.
