Hello! I'm Charlotte. Mum of two and KG hypnobirthing teacher. I help pregnant mums, birthing people and their partners feel calm and prepared so that they can look forward to a positive and empowering birth, through relaxed and informative face to face and online classes, and continued support through pregnancy.

I came to hypnobirthing after an unprepared first birth which left me feeling saddened and frustrated. The more I learnt about KG Hypnobirthing, the more I realised I could have had full control of that first birth experience, if only I had known what I do now. Fast forward to my second birth and it could not have been more positive. It wasn't perfect, but it was wonderful.

I would advise any pregnant person to get fully informed through a KG Hypnobirthing course so that they can achieve the best possible birth for them.
