Hi I am Jennifer founder of Cariad Birthing pre and post natal well being. I am a proud mum to 2 KGHypnobirthed babies and passionate about empowering women to have positive births. I teach KGHypnobirthing which is a complete antenatal course on a 1:1 basis in peoples homes or in a group setting . I cover the areas of Newport, cwmbran, Cardiff , Bristol, Monmouthshire.

I am Jenny Fryer Founder of Cariad birthing pre and post natal wellbeing. I am passionate about positive birthing for women and babies and have personally experienced 2 KGH hypnobirths when i brought my two sons into the world their births were positive euphoric and life changing. I love teaching KGHypnobirthing to pregnant women and their birth partners and seeing the difference a KGH hypnobirthing course brings to their birth experience , through knowlege and practice of the KGHypnobirthing relaxationsrelease fear and ensuring a positive empowered birth .

Full KGHypnobirthing courses are available on a 1:1 basis in your own homes or in a group setting . Courses last up to 12 hours and can be split to suit your needs from 2x full days at the weekend, to 3/4 evenings of a couple of hours each . I work entirely around your availability.
