Hi My name is Elaine and I am an experienced Therapist, Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing practioner
I offer hypnobirthing training via all formats in Cardiff and Pembrokeshire
I believe my experience as an ex Midwife to be very useful in informing my training of parents as is my experience as a therapist and hypnotherapist.

I am an ex midwife/nurse, trained therapist and Hypnotherapist who is passionate about Hypnobirthing. I am a mum with 3 grown up children and have 6 grandchildren.
Both my daughters used Hypnobirthing ( taught by me!) and found it extremely beneficial in all their pregnancies and births. After many years working as a Senior Therapist and a Hypnotherapist in a local University I now run a full time private practise.
I can also be found as a practitioner on the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy website Registration number 045310.
However, I enjoy teaching hypnobirthing too and have had much positive feed back from mums and dads I have worked with over the last 8 or so years. I would be happy to meet to discuss your requirements either in person, over the telephone, Zoom or Skype.
