Hello and welcome to Life Spaces Bump to Baby, home of Life Spaces Hypnobirthing. At Life Spaces we offer a complete holistic approach to pregnancy, birth and beyond with our range of complementary treatments, classes and courses.

Having worked as a clinical hypnotherapist and holistic therapist for over 10 years, Nicola is delighted to work with parents - to - be during this exiting time in their journey to parenthood.

Our KGHypnobirthing classes and 1:1 private sessions are held in the tranquil therapy suite at Life Spaces Holistic Health in Nuneaton, and at partner venues across Warwickshire.

We are proud to work closely with George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust in their highly acclaimed Oasis Project, working with expectant mums within the maternity hospital there.
