I am a KG Hypnobirthing Teacher and I cover Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the west Midlands. I will teach you step by step using hypnobirthing techniques, including positive visualisation, relaxation and meditation. I am totally passionate about the power of HypnoBirthing because I have experienced it firsthand, it really does work! I believe that every mother deserves a wonderful and comfortable birthing experience and qualifying as a HypnoBirthing teacher has enabled me to help women feel empowered to achieve this. I feel honored to be a part of your pregnancies, and I am always there for you long after your course has finished to answer any questions or help in anyway I can, I do this because I love it, not just as a job! I've worked for over 15 years as a VIP Flight Attendant, I'm married to my lovely, slightly loud American husband Ty, we have a beautiful, wild one year old daughter Poppy, she is our absolute world. I stopped flying to devote more time to my baby, my main passion now is teaching women the power of Hypnobirthing.
