I am warm, patient, empathic and non-judgmental. I have considerable experience of working with antenatal and postnatal parents and in depth knowledge of up to date and current guidelines and research. I take a particular interest in the research that explores what new parents say they would like to have known and been told antenatally. It is a huge privilege to be able to introduce women to skills and information that can give them back control over their birthing and feeding decisions.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?
I practice 'Katherine' hypnobirthing and was trained by Katherine herself. I like it's warm and flexible approach and find it particularly suitable for meeting individual needs and changing lifestyles. It is also particularly suited to my style as a teacher and enables me to use and include my knowledge and skills in postnatal as well as antenatal care.

Courses
- Courses run regularly near York.
- Dates and times are flexible so please telephone for details.
- Main Hypnotherapy course 12 hours (5 x 2.5 hrs or 4 x 3 hrs or 2 x 6 hrs) £250.
- Additional sessions can be booked individually or in addition to the main course. 2.5 hrs each, £50 each. Breastfeeding, Early Days/Getting to know baby, Hypnobirthing refresher, Introduction to Solids.
- One to one classes in the comfort of your own home £300. Additions sessions £60.
- All prices are for 2 people (mum and partner or companion) and include handouts, information leaflets, handbook, CD and ongoing support.
