About Me
I am a mum of 7 living along the Yorkshire Coast, I adore being by the sea and take real comfort and solitude from being here. I have volunteered to support women by teaching antenatal classes and supporting in breastfeeding for many years. I am passionate about watching women flourish into mothers and became a doula to offer this support in more depth. I am our local Maternity Voices Chair and one of my jobs is to feedback about the care you recieve within our maternity system. I have a very holistic approach to life, I spend much of time using esstential oils and seeking new things to learn. You will often find me with a head in a book or off on a course as I love to keep up to date with the new techniques and approaches to birth work. Nurturing and nourishing women and families is what I do best and KGH fits very much into this mindfullness. Why KG Hypnobirthing?
KGH isnt hypnosis as you think it may be. It is a structured course covering all aspects of birth so that you leave feeling confident in any outcome. Relaxation is a process of entering your subconcious and feeding it with positivity. When you leave my course, you will be fuelled with knowledge, passion and empowerment for a positive birth.
