About Me
I have worked for nearly 30 years in the NHS as an Occupational Therapist, specialising in Mental Health and I recognise the importance of how our emotions have an important role on our physical and emotional wellbeing.
Additionally, I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist having trained with the London School of Clinical Hypnosis and a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I am very passionate about the benefits of hypnotherapy in feeling safe, relaxed, utilising our incredible unconscious minds in making our lives harmonious and secure.
Having witnessed the many advantages of hypnotherapy, I trained with Katharine Graves in becoming a hypnobirthing teacher, enabling women to work with their bodies to give birth, feeling calm, confident and in control, enabling mother, baby and their partner to have an incredible experience of pregnancy and birth.

Courses
I run 12 hour hypnobirthing courses and these are usually configurated over 4 sessions of 3 hours, these are small groups or alternatively I can offer individual sessions within your own home.
On reserving a place you will be sent the Hypnobirthing Relaxation CD, Colour and Calmness. At the class you will also be given The Hypnobirting Book and a folder of handouts to guide your practice at home.
