I’m Katie, a nurse of nine years and mum of two living in Leeds.
As a health care professional I believe in evidence-based care. Once I started to research aspects of birth during my own pregnancy, I couldn’t believe how empowered it made me feel in my decisions and in my body. I'd love to help others achieve the same confidence.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?
KGHypnobirthing is factual. It’s the process of understanding what happens during birth, whilst also eliminating fears using relaxation techniques. During the course, we reaffirm positive beliefs in the body, and dispel harmful myths. This then helps parents to make informed decisions, inspiring an empowered, positive and natural birth.
