I am a qualified Hypnobirthing Antenatal Teacher and Birth and Postnatal Doula.

Hi! I’m Sally and I live in Brighton and Hove with my 2 children, husband and cat. I run Positive Reasons and have been teaching hypnobirthing antenatal classes for over 5 years. I am a qualifed Birth and Postnatal Doula too!
I am passionate about supporting families during pregnancy, birth and into early parenthood. I also work at a local setting alongside Midwives and other health and early years professionals where I support pregnant women and families with children under 5 years. I have a wealth of up-to-date knowledge about local services in the Brighton and Hove area.
