We are happy to refund or exchange items purchased in error. We will exchange unwanted gifts provided that they are returned within 21 days in perfect condition.(ie unused or unopened). We are unable to accept items that have been previously exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty returns

Should you discover a fault with an item that you have purchased, we will offer a replacement or refund. The faulty product needs to be returned within a reasonable time frame after its purchase date. We cannot be held responsible for accidental damage or misuse caused by the customer.
