Hypnobirthing Greece - Teachers' Directory
I'm an Indepentent Midwife since 2004. My wonderful job is to inform, help and support women to give birth naturally (without interventions), choosing the place of the birth that they feel safe, whether it is at the hospital, at the clinic or at home.
My maternity services are devoted to providing comprehensive, holistic care and support throughout the pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding experience for those families choosing home birth or a hospital birth. I'm committed to creating an environment where a woman and her family feels nurtured, safe and secure, where their personal preferences are respected and their physical and emotional well being are enhanced. I practice “watchful guarding” of the natural process of pregnancy and childbirth, offering sensitive support and gentle encouragement, while intervening only as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of mother and baby.
I'm a member of the Midwife Association of Thessaloniki and also a founding member and volunteer of the club “Birth Choices Greece” and Greek Action Network for Infant Nutrition “IBFAN-Greece”.

My purpose is to empower women, to make them believe in their amazing body and mind ability to conceive, carry and give birth.
I am a yoga and hypnobirthing teacher. In prenatal yoga classes I incorporate hypnobirthing techniques but I also provide four hypnobirthing sessions for you and your birth partner.
I have trained as a KG Hypnobirthing Teacher when I was pregnant with my daughter.
My own birth experience was a truly spiritual and physical experience. Hypnobirthing gave me the belief in my body and yoga gave me the strength and endurance I needed.
I wish for you all a truly empowering experience. Get in touch with me so I can help you achieve it.
