Hi, I’m Alice! As a certified hypnobirthing teacher and doula, I’m passionate about empowering parents-to-be to have positive, calm, and confident birth experiences.
My own personal journey with birth, as a twin born prematurely, ignited my lifelong fascination with the human body and the miracle of new life. This experience, combined with my training in biology and my work with families, has fueled my desire to support expectant parents on their journey.
