I am Katie a UK based qualified Hypnobirthing teacher. After learning and practicing Hypnobirthing during my own pregnancy I became passionate about sharing the incredible techniques which help remove the fear that often surrounds birth.

I therefore trained to become a Hypnobirthing teacher myself during my maternity leave! ​
