I am an experienced qualified midwife and I have recently become a mummy!

I used KGHypnobirthing during my labour and caesarian section and both myself and my partner found the course incredibly helpful.
I have worked in many different areas of maternity and enjoy all aspects but what I love the most is empowering women to have a birth where they feel informed, trusted and central. This is why I chose to become a KGHypnobirthing teacher and start my own birth classes business.
I love being outside, walking, horse riding and experiencing nature. I love food (who doesn’t) and cooking and I like to be busy.
Pre-baby my husband and I went to ballroom, Latin and 50’s jive classes which we loved and our favourite holidays were skiing on a snowy mountain.
I am approachable, fun and I love people. I have been told that I have talent for explaining things and I love to teach. It is worth investing in me as a teacher as I bring experience and knowledge from my midwifery, my qualification as a KGHypnobirthing teacher and from my motherhood.

1:1 courses available in person and digitally providing the full 12+ hour KGHypnobirthing course. My course also covers infant feeding at no extra cost.
I can also provide extra sessions as required. I can cover any subjects you like but these often include supporting you to write your birth preferences, support with feeding postnatally, postnatal advice and guidance and a debriefing service.
