I’ve been a Midwife for 17 years, currently practising at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
I’m also a qualified hypnobirthing practitioner through KGHypnorbirthing.
I am a Link Lecturer for Student Midwives within the Continuity of Career community team.

I believe Hypnobirthing helps reduce fears or anxieties surrounding childbirth. Witnessing first-hand, how transformative and empowering hypnobirthing can be. I know BirthWithin will help you achieve a calmer and more confident birth, not only for you, but for your birthing partner and your baby.
I had the privilege of giving birth to my two daughters at home in a birthing pool with the support of my birthing family. The comfort of my own home, a safe birthing space and the uninterrupted post birth care was so personal and precious.
My knowledge and experience will be shared with you, in a tailored way, that meets your individual needs and goals. You will be guided through techniques that will help you prepare for the birth of your baby.

BirthWithin:
Goal:
To reduce fear, anxiety, tension, and pain during your childbirth experience. To give you control over your choices in pregnancy and birth.
Technique:
You will be taught, how to control your breathing, focus your mind, and visualise a positive and peaceful birth experience.
Method:
Sign up to a 4 week Course with BirthWithin.
Each session will last 3hrs. TBC between ourselves.
This can take place in the comfort of your own home with one to one teaching or via zoom.
*For a home teaching session, this needs to be within Chesterfield.
