I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, specialising in Pregnancy Yoga, and offering Parent & Baby Massage & Yoga classes.  More and more of my Pregnancy Yoga clients had begun asking me about Hypnobirthing and the KG Hypnobirthing Training provided perfect course for me to be able to offer this.  Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing compliment each other extremely well, both aim to promote feelings of calm and deep relaxation in addition to developing confidence and trust with the physical body throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.
