Based in Swindon, Wiltshire, I am able to travel to your home in surrounding areas of Wiltshire, or Gloucestershire, although I am more than happy to travel further afield. Virtual courses (via Zoom) are also available.

My name is Amy and I am a qualified KGHypnobirthing Teacher and KGHypnobirthing Mum to a beautiful daughter, Clara.

I am truly fascinated by the miracle of childbirth and the incredible natural power that all women possess. I passionately believe that every woman deserves a calm, confident birth and to feel in control. I also believe that partners should feel confident in playing an active role in supporting their loved one through labour and birth.

I discovered KGHypnobirthing following my sister’s experience of two very different births, and the incredible difference that KGHypnobirthing made to her experience of the second pregnancy and birth.

I must admit, both my husband and I were initially sceptical as it was a very different view of birth to what the movies/television had imprinted on our minds. However, the evidence, logic and scientific evidence-based information provided made so much sense to us.

The birth of my daughter was an amazing experience and to me the true power of KGHypnobirthing was clear. From that moment my passion for KGHypnobirthing grew and I decided I wanted to share this amazing program with others.

I trained with Katherine Graves’ Royal College of Midwives accredited teacher training course and can’t wait to share the amazing journey that is KGHypnobirthing with you.

What to expect:

Full in-depth antenatal programme delivered via Zoom
A copy of ‘The Hypnobirthing Book’ (includes relaxation MP3s) and Parents Information folder sent to you via Royal Mail
On-going support for any questions you may have following the course, available over the phone, text or email, for the duration of your pregnancy

Course length: 12 hours delivered over 4 sessions

Investment: £195 per couple (group maximum size = 6 couples)

Private KGHypnobirthing Courses

A Full KGHypnobirthing course in the comfort of your own home with no need to travel and can be arranged at times and intervals to suit you.

What to expect:

Full in-depth antenatal programme delivered on a one-to-one basis
‘The Hypnobirthing Book’ and relaxation MP3s
Parents information folder
On-going support for any questions you may have following the course, available over the phone, text or email, for the duration of your pregnancy

Course length: 10-12 hours delivered over 2, 3, or 4 sessions to suit you

Joint KGHypnobirthing Courses

Do you have a friend who is pregnant too? Why not book a joint course to take place in one of your homes.

A joint Full KGHypnobirthing course for both couples – can be arranged at times and intervals to suit you both.
