Hello, I am a retired midwife and KGHypnobirthing teacher. I started teaching KGHypnobirthing in 2019. I was grateful to be able to reach out to parents-to-be over zoom throughout the pandemic to offer support.
It’s lovely to communicate with parents now in their own home teaching hypnobirthing. I still offer zoom classes if that is preferred. Location

I am a retired midwife with 30yrs experience working both in maternity units and in the community. I was a midwife with a Homebirth Team which allowed me to practice in the clients home enabling the client and myself to prepare for their unique experience which was very empowering for them. I have always practiced believing that women know their bodies and baby best. My focus was providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. I am passionate about informing and empowering parents-to-be enabling them to become confident in the choices they will need to make and looking forward to welcoming their baby into this world and caring for them.

I offer a 6 week course each session lasts 2hrs.
The course covers what to expect in pregnancy, birth and the early weeks of parenting.

Scripts supporting relaxation and positive affirmations towards your birth. Support for your partner and how they can support in your journey through pregnancy, birth and parenting. This course empowers you and challenges you on how to prepare for parenthood.
