In January 2023 I celebrated 40 years working in healthcare and the NHS. I am a registered midwife with over 33 years’ experience in midwifery. I worked for almost 15 years at a North London NHS Trust. I have always been passionate about physiological birth and I was instrumental in setting up a midwife led unit at the North London Trust. Working in partnership with women and their families is key to maternity services and providing good care. In my latter years  I became involved in the Maternity Voice Partnership in my role as a Professional Midwifery Advocate.

Whilst KG Hypnobirthing may not guarantee a natural birth it will empower you and your partner/family to make informed decisions about place of birth, your care and your birth. KG Hypnobirthing course will help prepare you for a positive birth experience and beyond birth. I am pleased to offer 1 to 1 courses.

I feel passionate about holistic therapies, to enhance my skills I trained as a mindfulness teacher, a reiki therapist, spiritual healer and I am an expert in professional supervision.
