I am a qualified midwife and trained KGHypnobirthing Teacher. I studied at King’s College London and trained at UCLH throughout my degree. I qualified as a midwife in 2021, one month before having my daughter.
I have always been passionate about empowering women to understand their options and the implications of the choices they make. Having trained as a midwife, I can give you the expert information and insight to navigate the system in which you find yourself to achieve the best outcome for you and your baby. Hypnobrthing gives you the knowledge and the tools to have the best natural child birth for you. You will learn to release fear and learn to trust your body, your instinct and your baby. I will support you on your journey and give you all the resources you need. I look forward to meeting you all and helping many more families in the future!

Private Hypnobirthing Course (Virtual) A complete antenatal/prenatal education with all the benefits of hypnobirthing. The KGH course includes 8 hours of private coaching on zoom, over 4 sessions.
Private Hypnobirthing Course (At your home) A complete antenatal/prenatal education with all the benefits of hypnobirthing. The KGH course includes 8 hours of private coaching, over 4 sessions, in the comfort of your own home.
Group Hypnobirthing Course (Online or In Person) Four sessions completed in a group setting. You can meet other like-minded expectant women, exchange ideas, and learn from their questions. The groups are kept small enough to be personal, and large enough to be friendly (subject to availability).
Additional Postnatal Home Visit – Private postnatal visit, providing feeding support, practical and emotional support postnatally for your family in your own home
