Jess Gendall – Baby in Bloom

Hi, I’m Jess and I started Baby in Bloom after having two incredibly positive birth experiences following the KG Hypnobirthing method. I am now so passionate about helping and supporting other mom’s to be on their pregnancy journey.

I believe every parent to be has the right to have a positive birth experience and that starts with having all the information at your disposal to be able to make the best possible in formed decision for yourself and your baby. In my course I’ll guide you through all aspects of pregnancy & labour, equip you with tools & techniques to stay calm and confident in labour. As well as provide you with up to date information on the maternity system and the options available to you.

Being pregnant is such an exciting time but it can also be filled with anxiety and stress of the unknown. My hope for Baby in Bloom is that I can help take some of that anxiety away to allow you to focus on the arrival of your beautiful little one.

The Baby in Bloom course is a full antenatal course with the benefits of Hypnobirthing too.

In the course you will learn practical tools and techniques to help you feel calm, confident, and in control throughout your labour and birth. You’ll learn how to use deep relaxation, breathing exercises and visualisations to release any fear and tension ahead of labour.

I’ll also guide you through understanding how your body and hormones work during birth, what choices are available to you in the current maternity system, and how to work with your birth partner and care team to create the most positive experience possible for you and your baby.
