Georgina Steenson – A Better You Hypnotherapy

I am a fully qualified clinical Hypnotherapist and Mental Health First aider. I became a Hypnotherapist while working for Greater Manchester Police. I trained police officers and staff for over 20 years in physical training. I really wanted to help with work related stress and PTSD. I also wanted to empower people to break cycles of unhelpful behaviours. I now work with many different people and goals including Hypnobirthing to empower people to take back control.
