Amanda welcomes you at Hypnotherapy & Me to provide KGHypnobirthing courses in West Norfolk covering Kings Lynn and Coastal areas.
When Amanda is not teaching KGHypnobirthing classes she is also juggling the roles of Wife, Mum of 4, and Health Visitor. She will happily tell you how much she loved being pregnant and what an honour it was to be able to bring her babies into the world.
Through her varied birth experiences, Amanda feel led to explore more about the benefits of Hypnobirthing in pregnancy, labour and birth and this is why she decided to train as a KGHypnobirthing Teacher.
Amanda is passionate that every mum deserves the opportunity for a calm and confident birth experience and that the ‘Birth Day’is a protected and memorable day to be remembered with pride.
Hypnotherapy & Me offer much more than a traditional antenatal class, it is an individual, personal experience tailored to you, and provides you with the extremely effective set of tools, that when practiced, can enable you to have an empowered, positive and confident birth experience.
Our group classes are purposefully kept small in numbers, to ensure the personal experience can be maintained.
