My background as a hypnotherapist and yoga teacher specialising in antenatal yoga made me realise the power of the mind and how the body responds to the mind in such a positive way. I’ve loved working with pregnant ladies over the years and  empowering them with my knowledge to help them have a more comfortable birth. This led me to want to develop my skills even more and train in KGHypnobirthing to empower pregnant ladies even more so they can have a positive birthing experience.

Location

I am an accredited NCP and GHSC accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist specialising in KGHypnobirthing. I am also a yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy yoga.

I help expectant mothers and birthing partners who need the right support to have a safer, comfortable, easier and positive birthing experience. I will help you relax and get in touch with your natural ability to give birth in a safe environment, making it a calm, fulfilling experience.

I provide a professional, caring and confidential environment which will allow you to make positive changes to your life.

2 day course:-

 Saturdays February 15th 2020 (9.30-15.30) and February 22nd 2020 (10.00-16.00)

Saturdays March 8th and 15th 2020 10am-16.00 pm both days 

Venue:- The Bay Therapy Centre, 21 Trent Boulevard, Nottingham NG2 5BB

Light refreshments will be provided along with the KGHypnobirthing book by Katharine Graves, course file and CD
