Congratulations on your pregnancy! My journey to becoming a hypnobirthing teacher began in 2012 when I was pregnant with my first daughter, I was completely in awe of the changes happening to my body and I devoured every bit of information I could about pregnancy, labour and birth – from then on I was hooked. Now, as a mother of two I am passionate about helping women and couples to achieve the birth they deserve and to spread the word about how empowering, positive and joyful birth can really be. I offer group and private courses in Woodstock, Oxfordshire and in Southern Spain.
