Sarah Louise kemlo – Staffordshire Hypnobirthing

I am a partner, a mother and a midwife. I have been with my partner Joe for coming up to 14 years. Together we have 6 dogs, 2 guniea pigs a pony and a beautiful daughter. 

I qualified as a midwife in January 2013, since then I have worked in a busy obstetric unit seeing over 6,000 births per year.

During this time I have witnessed many births, some straightforward and others not so straightforward. However, the end result is not just about a healthy mum and baby, but also how the woman perceived her birth also. 

I started to study hypnobirthing and began to see how it is so detrimental to every woman out there, to learn about her body, how it works and how she can help herself achieve a straightforward, natural delivery. Then for those not so straightforward deliveries, be empowered and confident in their choices regarding their pregnancy and birth.
