Gemma Wilcox – Mindful Moments Hypnobirthing

My name is Gemma. I am a mum of 2 beautiful little girls and a KGHypnobirthing accredited teacher. I started Mindful Moments after birthing my two children. I had two very different births with both my children but the information and tools given to me through Hypnobirthing classes were incredibly invaluable for both experiences. I am on a mission to ensure more women have access to these tools and resources during their births.
