Hi, I’m Lizzy- I live in Malvern with my Husband Martin and our three children Alice, Ted and Sidney.
I (obviously!) have a passion for all things Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond. I am KGH Accredited Hypnobirthing Teacher (DipHB KGH) and Breastfeeding Peer Supporter (ABM). In the near future I will be a certified Doula and I hope in time to train as a Breastfeeding Counsellor.
My course will equip you to have the best birth possible, however it might unfold, where you feel calm, confident and in control:

I can offer the course in the comfort of your own home, organised in a way the suits you and at times that are convenient. This options gives you the space to ask questions privately. Or I organise small group session in Malvern, which is a great option if you want to meet other local expectant parents.
