Christine teaches KGHypnobirthing andPregnancy yoga in Boyle Co Roscommon, Ireland. She also teaches Anusara Hatha Yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, Yin, and Restorative Yoga and is currently studying to become a Yoga Therapist with IAYT.
She feels so honoured and humbled to be present at the development and preparation of parenthood and to have discovered KGHypnobirthing and its power in supporting both parents and babies throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Christine loves teaching this deeply knowledgeable in her craft in both the subtle and powerful methods of hypnobirthing and prenatal yoga.
