Barbara Strawbridge – Caring Hands Midwife

I trained as a Midwife in 1991 and following my retirement in March 2023 started my own business, Caring Hands Midwife.  I provide a Midwife Led Complementary Therapy Service, providing women with treatments such as aromatherapy, acupuncture, massage, reflexology, clinical hypnosis and moxibustion.  I have been a Hypnobirthing teacher for a number of years and as a midwife have seen the impact of Hypnobirthing first hand.  My passion for teaching Hypnobirthing has led me to incorporate Hypnobirthing services as part of my business providing women with the option of small group or 1-2-1 courses as an alternative to online options.  I support my Hypnobirthing service with my complementary therapies as part of the Hypnobirthing package to give the ultimate relaxation bundle.
