Hello, my name is Emma and I am a mother of three, a KGHypnobirthing teacher and I also have a background in Occupational Therapy. I want to empower women to have the birth that they want and to have a say in the care that they receive. I have used KGH myself and I know that it works. I had a traumatic first birth with a cascade of interventions, I didn’t realise that I had a choice in what happened during my care or during my labour. When I became pregnant the second time I looked for an alternative and found KGH. I had a quick but calm second labour and my baby was born peacefully without any drugs. I want my clients to have a calm natural birth and make informed choices about their antenatal care.
