Leslie Altic – Belfast Baby Company

Hello! My name is Leslie, and as a doula and KGHypnobirthing teacher, I am passionate about all things pregnancy, birth and postnatal.

Being a mum of 3 (my first was stillborn, followed by two healthy rainbow babies) I know how precious the time around pregnancy and birth is and how crucial it is to be supported, empowered and connected. I believe that every woman deserves to have a positive birth experience in a way that is meaningful to her as this is not only a memory that she will carry with her, but it will positively impact the birth of her as a mother, the developing family and the postnatal period.

Through my course, I aim to provide non-judgemental support and evidence-based information so that every woman is mentally prepared for the journey into motherhood and she embarks on this journey feeling empowered and confident in her body, her baby and her abilities. Birth is such an amazing life-changing experience, and is one that should be treasured.
