I’m Lucy – the face behind Serene Starts. My interest in Hypnotherapy began while I was pregnant with my son. My son’s birth for me was an inspiring and empowering experience, and it helped me to see that my calling in life is to support women through this very special time in their lives. I truly believe that every woman deserves a birth experiene she can look back on with fondness, one that is full of peace, calm and love.
I teach the KGHypnobirthing course on an individual basis, for you and your birthing partner, and in small groups which allow you to meet other parents-to-be. I run the courses either from my home in Melton Mowbray, or online, and I’m happy to arrange these to fit around your own schedules. I also offer my support right up until the moment you meet your baby, I’m only ever a message away should you have any questions or need any support.
