Stephanie Mair –

I’m a practicing midwife who specialises in perinatal mental health and have postgraduate training in enhanced psychological practice.

I became a KG hypnobirthing instructor to support families to birth with confidence.

I’m kept busy by my two children, Shih Tzu – Willow and my partner Stefan.

My own self care involves daily yoga practice and meditation and we love to travel when we can.
