I am a fully qualified and insured member of the Hypnobirthing Association and the National Hypnotherapy Society with a passion for helping parents to release their fears and build their confidence and knowledge around the birth of their baby/babies in order that they may achieve the most positive experience for themselves and their little one(s). I am also the mother of two fine young men, a Teaching Assistant in a primary school and an enthusiastic Samba drummer!
I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist, an a few years ago I heard about Hypnobirth!! I immediately felt that Hypnobirth was definitely something I needed to know more about! I often had mums to be in the clinic asking for help with their fears of giving birth. The best decision I have ever made. I googled Hypnobirth and within two months I was attending a teacher training course. I have attended another another course this year, and love teaching this technique to my mums and their birthing partners, helping them to birth their baby calmly and in control, just as they planned!
