Hello, my name is Caroline, I am an Intuitive Energy Transformational Coach, Teacher and mum of three Reiki hypno babies.
Highly respected and internationally known in my field of energy work I felt inspired to train as a KG Hypnobirthing Teacher and I enjoy teaching the KG Hypnobirthing course to introduce and empower parents with the concept of conscious birthing and parenting.
Being pregnant and giving birth is such an amazing journey and yet for many of us, we can feel anxious and unsure what to expect and how to cope with unexpected situations or prepare for birth.
The KGH Antenatal Course can help to alleviate many concerns, educate parents and prepare mum, dad and baby for birth.
Empowering parents with knowledge and encouraging them to trust their instincts to make informed choices to support mum and baby during pregnancy and birth.
Caroline creates a calm, relaxing environment to teach parents the many aspects they may face during pregnancy and share tools, techniques and inspire confidence for both mum and partner in birth.
Happy mum = happy baby.
Reiki Babies continues to support parents once baby has arrived with our Baby Relax and Mummy Relax classes. Giving mums the space to feel safe, supported and empowered as she learns to trust her intuition and her beautiful bond with her baby.

I am Katy. Mum to Maggie, my spirited and sassy daughter born in June 2016 and Jasper, my firecracker son born just 18 months later on New Year’s Eve 2017. My husband Chris and our fur baby, Little Bear complete our family. We live in Tunbridge Wells.
We were lucky enough to stumble across hypnobirthing in early pregnancy with Maggie. Prior to that, I knew nothing about birth other than what I’d seen on TV! Since then, I have lived and breathed hypnobirthing and I am still applying the skills I learnt to this day as a Mother. I can honestly say, hypnobirthing changed my life. Every parent deserves to have a positive birth experience, which is why I decided to retrain as a hypnobirthing teacher after Maggie was born.
I am a certified KGHypnobirthing teacher and founder of The Birth Thing. I feel strongly that we aren’t taught enough about birth and how our bodies work from a young age and I want to be a part of the movement to help change that. Without the education that hypnobirthing gave me about my body and birth, I believe I would have a very different perspective.
I am fully trained clinical and cognitive hypnotherapist and enjoy aiding people with their wellbeing; my passion really does lay with helping people build confidence and find I have been really fortunate to work with adults and children. I am now very excited to have added working with mums/dads and their babies too.
My training:
Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy
Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
KGHypnobirthing Diploma
USUI Earth Light Reiki Teacher
VCTC Body Massage

My name is Deborah Harris and I live in Ashford, Kent with my husband and two children, Jake and Annie.
In 2011 I qualified as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist which led me to work in a Primary School. I adore my job - it is a privilege to support families and to be a part of a school community.
I have always been an advocate of women's rights and found more and more that I was interested in being part of something which helps support women.
KGHypnobirthing empowers women to make choices which are based on information - rather than assumption - and I am very proud to be part of the KGH family.

Hi, I'm Sarah and a-side from co-creating my two little humans, Hypnobirthing has been the most amazing thing I have ever experienced, It really has been the best gift I have ever given myself. Who knew you could breath a baby out? (A lot of clued up super mama's that's who).
When I'm not in the From Mum To Another's Office (any coffee shop in Sevenoaks) I fill my days by ferrying the wildlings around and taking in my beautiful surroundings with the pooch.
So come along to one of my classes, bring the bump and I'll bring the biscuits xx
I live in Tunbridge Wells, you may spot me - I’m the one with two blue-eyed redheads, Freya and Harry, usually running in two different directions. At any one point I know exactly where one of them is.
I enjoy reading, love travelling and keeping fit. I try and practice reformer pilates, yoga and relaxation as much as possible. I am also lucky enough to love what I do!
A sunny warm welcome to you and thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Elizabeth and it fills me with pride and pleasure to be able to teach expectant mothers the art of hypnobirthing. But first of all let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and i have a practice in Canterbury. I am completely dedicated to helping people overcome a vast range of problematic areas in their lives such as stress, anxiety and habits. I also teach hypnobirthing to expectant mums and their partners.

I am a happy mum of three and a self confessed pregnancy and labour O'Holic. My passion for antenatal care has been paramount in creating Bloom Hypnobirthing, something that I pride myself and the business on.
Outside of Bloom I love to learn - I'm always reading!! I also am a huge CrossFit fan and when I'm not teaching courses, playing mum or maid I'm at the gym.
Nutrition also plays a huge part in my role as a practioner and am a qualified Nutritional Therapist - you can be sure to have some tasty treats to try at one of my classes.
Overall I'd say my mission is to empower women (and men) to feel confident, happy and full of self worth when it comes to making the right decisions for themselves and their babies - whether that be what food they are eating, or creating a positive birth experience.
I am a qualified practicing midwife and a mother of 2. I live in beautiful Kent and strive to enjoy the wonderful countryside surrounding me.
I am a nurse and midwife with over 7years experience, so I have experienced first-hand the amazing benefits of hypnobirthing. My active registration can be confirmed on the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register.
I also have two children of my own, and often wish I had discovered hypnobirthing earlier so I could have tried it myself.
Having worked in a busy London hospital for several years, and then a busy local hospital, I decided to have a change of pace and pursue a great passion of mine, antenatal education.
When I heard about the KGHypnobirthing teacher training course, I felt it was a brilliant way to combine antenatal education with hypnobirthing, something I’d always be fascinated by. Through completing this Royal College of Midwives accredited course, I now hold a Diploma in Hypnobirthing and I am a member of the Association of Hypnobirthing. The KGH course exceeded my expectations and I am very excited to share this knowledge and help to empower you in your pregnancy and birth.
I bring a unique set of skills to being a hypnobirthing teacher. I have been a Psychology teacher for 14 years. I am used to explaining complex information in a way that makes it clear and easy to understand, whether we are working individually or in groups. Many people have not been in a ‘classroom’ for many years and you may have apprehension about this which can get in the way of your learning. I am highly skilled at making you feel comfortable in learning situations, so that quickly you are able to take on board the information and skills you are looking for.
Added to this I am a qualified Hypnotherapist. I have a good appreciation and understanding of the relationship between the mind and body. I use a wide range of therapeutic skills including the power of language to help you bring about the change you are looking for. As a hypnobirthing teacher I can also help you overcome related fears and worries that may arise when we start talking about giving birth.
I am also a psychologist, specialising in pregnancy and anxiety.
my name is Rina and I am a Registered Midwife working for The Tunbridge Wells Hospital. I am also a trained Staff Nurse and most importantly, a mother to three young girls. I enjoy practicing yoga and travelling.
I am a Mind-Body specialist that has dedicated the last 20 years to passionately support women and men during the family building process. I am currently part of a team teaching KGHypnobirthing in an UK hospital.
My background includes a solid experience as childbirth educator and birth and post-birth doula. In addition I am a UNICEF certified breastfeeding counsellor and I pregnancy massage specialist.
As I currently work and teach KGHypnobirthing in a hospital setting, I have the privilege to continuously witness the power of this mind-body technique to help women and their partners discover the perfection of the birthing process, address their concerns about it and achieve a positive birth experience.
My training in psychotherapy (Gestalt and Body Oriented therapies) provides me with the skills needed to support women who feel especially anxious about birth or who have had a previous traumatic experience.
I bring to my Hypnobirthing classes my knowledge of the powerful mind-body connection as well as my counselling skills to offer women and their partners emotional and practical support that responds to their personal needs and circumstances during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
My name is Edwina and as well as being mum to two gorgeous girls, I’m a KG Hypnobirthing Practitioner; ‘Birthing from Within’ Birth Preparation Mentor; Life Coach and experienced Registered Shiatsu Practitioner, specialising in pregnancy. In a previous life, many moons ago, I was a Chartered Accountant!
As the founder of ‘Birthways’, I’m passionate about helping couples have a positive, empowering birth experience however events may unfold.
My range of qualifications and professional experience allow me to offer you support on many levels (emotionally, mentally and physically) throughout your pregnancy. I will give you the tools to achieve the best birth for you and increase your potential of a calmer, gentler birth.
You’ll learn ways to relax; release any fears and anxieties; build trust and confidence in your body’s ability to birth and feel fully prepared and aware of all your options.
My passion for birth started during a postgraduate course in ‘Shiatsu for Maternity and the Postnatal Period’. This simmering passion ignited after my two amazing home births. Despite some unexpected events along the way, including a hospital visit, throughout my labour I truly felt a deep level of calm and at one with the powerful flow of nature and birth. There’s nothing quite like that magic moment when you realise ‘I did it…We did it!!!’ The recognition that you stepped into the unknown; laboured; did what you instinctively needed to do to get through each moment and were now on the other side with your baby! I strongly feel that my birth preparation significantly contributed to what I can only describe as a life-affirming event.
When I’m not supporting pregnant couples, you may find me at yoga, cycling, playing tennis and being a ‘mummy taxi’ to my 13 and 10 year old daughters... amongst other things!
It’s such a privilege and joy to mentor mothers and their birth partners as they journey towards the birth of their baby and themselves as parents. I love my role as a KG Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Birth Preparation Mentor and look forward to meeting and working with many more families for years to come.
As a clinical hypnotherapist and having previously practiced as a midwife, I wanted to continue to support women through their child birthing experience. With my calm, nurturing approach to child birth, I can give you tools to enable you to have a calm, comfortable and confident birth experience.
I have worked in entertainment television for 10 years, which i continue to do, and absolutely love. But after having my son at the start of 2014, my husband and I couldn’t praise Hypnobirthing enough, it has literally changed my life! After seeing not only the effect it had on myself and Andy during the birth, but the amazing start in life that it gave our son, I decided that telling people about it wasn’t enough, so I signed myself up to train as a teacher at KG Hypnobirthing. I love being part of this ever-growing positive birth movement, and very much look forward to meeting and working with many more wonderful families for many years to come.
I utterly believe that every woman is capable of birthing her baby naturally, without interference, in the vast majority of cases. I whole-heartedly trust in the wisdom of nature and in every woman’s intelligence and inner wisdom to know what is best for her and her baby. My experience as a qualified midwife has confirmed my belief and I have been privileged to be ‘with women’ for many, many, beautiful normal births. I have never ceased to wonder at the power and wisdom of the labouring woman and how, if left alone, she will know just what to do and when to do it - peacefully and in perfect control of her natural urges to birth her baby.
My training as a psychotherapist has deepened my understanding of the importance of the quality of the attachment relationship between a mother and her infant. There is a lot of literature that confirms my own experience and belief that the kind of birth a mother has directly influences, not only her early postnatal experience and relationship with her infant, but her psychological well-being and sense of self for many years to come. Birth is a rite-of-passage for every woman and I am privileged to be able to have the skills I need to help pregnant women to prepare for their birth and to maintain a sense of control and inner peace, whatever the outcome.
I am Gina Potts, founder of ZenBirth, a leading provider of KG Hypnobirthing in Kent and South East London. I am a hypnobirthing mother of two beautiful hypnobabies, and I have been teaching hypnobirthing since April 2011.
I first found out about hypnobirthing from a friend late in my first pregnancy. I read the book, and I knew immediately that hypnobirthing was for me. I passed the book along to my husband and he was also enthusiastic about the hypnobirthing approach. We took semi-private classes and when on to have a beautiful 'zen' birth experience with our son. You can read all about it on my website (www.zenbirth.co.uk).
I am passionate about hypnobirthing and supporting couples to have positive birth experiences. I hold a Diploma in KG Hypnobirthing (accredited by the Royal College of Midwives) and a Certificate in HypnoBirthing (Mongan Method). Additionally, I am an NCT-trained Breastfeeding Peer Supporter. And I regularly undertake on-going study and continuing professional development. I am a member of the KG Hypnobirthing Steering Group, an active member of the Hypnobirthing Association (UK), and have also been member of the HypnoBirthing Institute (USA).

Hypnobirthing and the use of hypnosis is becoming increasingly recognised as an effective method for giving birth as it helps the mother have a far more rewarding, relaxed and natural birthing experience than she may ever have thought possible.
