I believe that mothers should feel incredibly empowered during pregnancy and birth and that the birth of your baby should be a magical time, however they enter the world. This is the reason why I became a hypnobirthing teacher. I had both my babies using hypnobirthing techniques so not only do I know how it works, I know that it does work!

I offer private face-to-face (location-independent around Kent, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire) as well as online classes at dates and times to suit you and your partner, with audios, book, gift bag and parents’ folder included in the price. 

Full disclosure, I’m really nerdy! So I’ve got books on loads of subjects surrounding labour and birth which means in my classes, all questions are welcome and none go unanswered!
