I am a registered midwife with over 31 years’ experience in midwifery. I worked for almost 15 years at a North London NHS Trust. I have always been passionate about normality and I was instrumental in setting up the midwife led unit at the North London Trust. Working in partnership with women and their families is key to maternity services and providing good care. I became involved in the Maternity Voice Partnership in my role as a Professional Midwifery Advocate.
