About Me
As someone who had a difficult first birth experience I was eager to try anything I could to turn the odds in my favour the second time around.
KG Hypnobirthing was introduced to me by a fellow mum who swore by it so I enrolled in a 1 to 1 course. The wealth of knowledge, the practical tools and the confidence that were taught to me made all the difference as I navigated through pregnancy confidently and ready. Birthing my baby was the most empowering and comfortable experience I could have ever wished for. And as I cuddled with my daughter on her birth day, there was no doubt in my mind of what I wanted to do next: becoming a KG Hypnobirthing teacher!
My goal is to help you feel confident, informed and ready for the event of birth so that you are fully equipped for a positive experience no matter your circumstances. My personal experience in knowing how KG Hypnobirthing can positively impact the birth of your baby, as opposed to without, deepens my determination in ensuring you get the most of my teaching.
Why KG Hypnobirthing?
KG Hypnobirthing is a full antenatal course which leaves no stone unturned.
The course goes over the science and physiology of birth, digs deeper on how to navigate the maternity system as well as tooling up with relaxation techniques so that both body and mind are ready for birth.
Hypnotherapy is used to help you release all the negative associations with pregnancy and birth so that you approach meeting your baby confident and relaxed.
Training received by KG Hypnobirthing teachers is accredited by the Royal College of Midwife which testify to its high standard.
Courses
My course is delivered online or in person from the comfort of your home (London) over a weekend or 4 sessions over the week when it is best suitable to you.
I recommend booking a course from 25 weeks onwards however you are more than welcome to enroll sooner if you want more time to practice.
